[Experienced] AI Engineer

B2EN is a data specialist expanding into AI/data platform implementation and Center of Excellence (CoE) services.

Customers are increasing investment in AI to transform how they work and serve their customers.

This role delivers AI projects using data analysis and AI engineering capabilities.

• Assess customers' AI agent use and identify improvement opportunities
• Design optimal AI agent architectures considering customer IT infrastructure and security
• Configure, develop, evaluate and tune multi-LLM environments
• Implement AI agents with total cost of ownership in mind

• 3–15 years of data-related work experience
• Experience leading development
• Advanced Python skills
• AI agent development using RAG platforms such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Implementation experience using LLMs, small LLMs and fine-tuned models
• Development experience with vector databases

• Data engineering experience on big data platforms
• Model and AI agent development using public cloud native services such as SageMaker on AWS, Azure or GCP
• Consulting experience and skills
• Project manager or project leader experience
