[Experienced] Data Analytics Model Developer

B2EN is a data specialist expanding into AI/data platform implementation and Center of Excellence (CoE) services.

Customers are increasing investment in AI to transform how they work and serve their customers.

This role delivers AI projects using data analysis and AI engineering capabilities.

• Assess customers' AI services and identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze data requirements and select candidate AI models
• Design AI models, configure environments, develop, visualize, evaluate and tune
• Model work including fine-tuning with ML, DL and foundation models

• 3–15 years of data-related work experience
• Experience leading development
• Advanced Python skills
• Data analysis experience grounded in statistics, through a relevant major or coursework
• Experience developing, evaluating and tuning ML/DL models

• Data engineering experience on big data platforms
• Model and AI agent development using public cloud native services such as SageMaker on AWS, Azure or GCP
• Consulting experience and skills
• Project manager or project leader experience
